short descriptions of what it does; everything below was written for this app.

What was taken from the source skill: the job (pick random winners from a list, a spreadsheet
export or a plain list, for giveaways, raffles and contests), and its stated features - secure
random selection, multiple winners, duplicate prevention so nobody wins twice, exclusions such as
previous winners, weighted selection from an entries column, runner-ups, a transparent record of
the selection, and a seed so a third party can repeat the draw.

What was changed: the skill is written for an agent that reads a sheet and picks a winner in
conversation. This app instead reads the list in the browser, flags the rows a person should look
at, freezes the pool as a text file hashed with SHA-256, and runs the draw itself with a
documented SHA-256 counter-mode procedure from a seed, publishing a commitment to the seed and an
optional beacon value. A model is used only to judge the flagged rows against the organiser's
rules and to write the announcement from the finished draw record; it never picks a winner, and
everything it writes is checked against what the browser computed.
