Screen the entries, run a draw anyone can re-check, announce the winners
Paste the entrant list. Your browser finds the same person entered twice, Gmail variants of one inbox, excluded and late entries and bad ticket counts. Then it draws winners from a seed and saves a record anyone can re-run. All of that is free and needs no account. A paid screen judges the flagged entries against your rules. A paid announcement is written from the finished draw and checked against it. The model never picks a winner.
Local rules apply. Raffles, lotteries and prize draws are regulated in many places, and social platforms have their own promotion rules. This page checks entries and runs a fair draw anyone can re-check. It does not make a giveaway legal or compliant, and it does not tell you whether yours is allowed where you and your entrants are.
Every name, address and handle in the examples is made up. Each example has a saved model reply, so you can see the whole page without signing in or spending a credit.
How the draw works, and what it does not prove
The pool is written out as a text file, one line per entry (entry number, tickets, the name
as it will be shown), and hashed with SHA-256. Tickets are numbered in pool order. For each
attempt the page hashes raffle-desk/v1|seed|beacon|pool hash|counter, reads the
first 13 hex digits as a number, throws it away if it falls in the uneven remainder (so every
ticket is equally likely), and otherwise takes it modulo the number of tickets. A ticket held by
someone already drawn is skipped, so nobody wins twice. The first picks are the winners and
the rest are runner-ups, in order. The saved draw record carries the pool file, the seed and
every pick, and the check above re-runs it from those bytes.
A draw anyone can repeat shows that the winners follow from the pool and the seed. It does not show that you did not try several seeds first. Publishing the commitment and the pool hash before the draw, and mixing in a beacon value that nobody can know yet, closes most of that gap. The page checks entries, not the law. It does not make a raffle or giveaway legal or compliant, and it does not tell you whether one is allowed where you run it: local lottery, raffle and promotion rules apply.
